This place is located in a fairly non-descript area of the city center, making it a convenient choice for us. We were impressed by the excellent service provided, such as the dry cleaning and laundry facilities, as well as the option of an airport shuttle. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. We also appreciated the presence of a dressing area and an in-room safe. Having a dining table and a sink in the room was a nice touch as well. The free toiletries and well-equipped cookware/kitchen utensils made our stay even more enjoyable. The television had several English language channels, and the flat-screen TV was a great addition. The carpeted floor added a touch of luxury, and the dining bar/lounge area provided a cozy space to relax. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond, as they even did our reservation for a car service. The efforts made to customize our breakfast to suit our vegetarian tastes, despite limited options, were greatly appreciated.

In summary, we highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious and enhanced comfort.

Construction under the window, rooms require cosmetic repairs.

The nearby restaurant, Sheng Xiang Yuan, was as close as 400 feet from the hotel. All the main sights, including Fengbo Pavilion are close to the property. Private parking on site was provided.

Very rude staff, I called the restaurant to ask dinner delivery to my room, apparently they don't know what's on their menu and questioned me very rudely if I have the correct menu! No apologise at all after word. At midnight, the front desk got through a phone call to my room, which is calling for an entire different room!

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Schanke Beer Bar that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We liked everything of our stay there. A good home base for exploring Hangzhou...

Nothing not too like.

The location was perfect, right in the city center. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here.

Room was fine, but bathroom was dirty and the sewage was smelly. and the most unacceptable thing was the sound emitted from the metro construction site at 06:30 hrs on Sunday, while most of the tenants in the hotel should still fast asleep!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a metro station, which provided excellent connectivity throughout the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great selection of facilities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpful staff. They even provided me with extra towels when I needed them before heading to the airport.

A fantastic base to explore the city, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both local and international cuisine. the staff were exceptional, friendly, and efficient. Although it was a busy time of year, everything ran smoothly.

The interior of the hotel felt a little dated and could do with some modernization.
